Principal
Brad Adcock, P.E.

Brad is the founder of the company, which started in 1997 and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and is presently licensed in multiple states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, Nevada, Arizona, and Wyoming. Brad oversees operations and acts as Project Manager on many of the company's projects.
His passions are hiking, golfing, and traveling. But most of all being on mission for Jesus, along with his wife Angelina and children.

Principal
Robert Delach
​
Robert, principal since 2015, brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm, and overall knowledge of our industry. He has been with the company for 22 years and started doing AutoCAD. He quickly became familiar with all aspects of design – specializing in Lighting Design, Controls, and Power Distribution. His specialty areas are Health Care, Skilled Nursing, Mixed-Use, and Educational-oriented projects.

His passions are surfing, gardening, and spending time with his family.

Electrical Engineer
Mark Clifton, P.E.
​
Mark transferred to our team from Anchorage as an Electrical Engineer in 2018. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and has been working in the industry for over 11 years. He has an extremely broad range of talents and experience: from Power and Lighting Design to Project Management. We've enjoyed having him on board, and value the wisdom and expertise he brings to our continued growth at AWA.

His passions are working in his workshop and spending time with his wife and dog.

Electrical Designer
Allie Baele
​
Allie became a member of the team in 2019 as our Administrative and Marketing Manager and has since been learning AutoCAD and Electrical Design. She comes from a background in technical theater and her extensive knowledge of Theatrical Lighting Design, Color Theory, and Hand & Computer Drafting make her an apt learner and valuable asset. Her eye for aesthetics and out-of-the-box thinking bring a creative edge to her projects. She specializes in Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail, and Health Care projects.

Her passions are traveling, weight training, and playing video games.

Electrical Design Engineer
Lance Davis
​
Lance joined us in late 2020 and comes from a background in Aerospace. He is proving to be a valuable addition to our team as he handles several of our large-scale projects and brings unique knowledge and insight to our company. Education, Mixed-Used, Storage Facilities, and Street Lighting Photometric projects are his specialties.

​His passions are volunteering as a youth Martial Arts teacher and leader in the Royal Rangers. As well as spending time with his children and grandchildren.
​
We proudly thank Lance for his Military Service in the United States Navy.

CAD Drafter
Hunter French
​​
Hunter is the newest member of the team, joining us in 2023. He leads our AutoCAD department and is in charge of the development and structure of many of our projects. He also provides support with our lighting photometric analysis projects, and his software knowledge and eye for detail make him a tremendous asset.
​
His passions are volunteering, traveling, and spending his time outdoors.

Accountant
Shawna Eskew
​
Shawna's company "Central Sound Bookkeeping" handles the financial record keeping for AWA: Payroll, Invoices, Income Taxes, and Accounting. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Idaho. She has been doing accounting and bookkeeping since 1994, and since 2017 for AWA. She ensures all our numbers are in order, which is quite a task.

Her passions are spending time with her family and watching UW football.
