Brad Adcock, P.E.
Brad is the founder of the company and has been working in the industry for over 30 years. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Washington in Electrical Engineering. He presently licensed in multiple states on the west coast: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Hawaii, Alaska, Nevada, Arizona, and Wyoming.
Brad oversees the overall operation of the company and acts as Project Manager on a verity of projects.
His passion is hiking, golfing, and serving at his church with his wife, Angelina. He has 4 kids, ranging from 20-24 years old.
Principal since 2015, Robert brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and overall knowledge of our industry. Robert has been with the company for 16 years, and started doing AutoCAD, and quickly became familiar with all aspects of design – specializing in lighting design, controls, and power distribution. His specialty areas are: Health Care; Skilled Nursing; Mixed-Use; and Educational oriented projects.
Bruce Braga, P.E.
Bruce has been with AWA for 21 years, and has over 35 years of experience in the electrical engineering field. Bruce gained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University in 1979. His area of expertise is waste water treatment facilities, power distribution, and retail design. Bruce's role is Lead Engineer at AWA, and has been the Project Manager on 9 Whole Foods Markets projects over the past eight years.
Mark transferred to our team from a firm in Anchorage as an electrical engineer in 2018. He has an extremely broad range of talents and experience: power and lighting design, to project management. Mark has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas and has been working in the industry for over 11 years. We've enjoyed having him on board, and value his wisdom and expertise he brings to our continued growth at AWA.
Wayne joined us in 2018, and has been a huge asset to our company. He has been in the industry for 30+ years and offers a tremendous level of experience and knowledge to our team. Wayne manages projects from start to finish, and his personality and people skills are what sets him apart from the rest, and he knows how to communicate well with the his design team to accomplish the goal.
Kristine has been with AWA since 2015. Having over 8 years of experience in commercial and residential MEP drafting/design, she'd been involved with a wide variety of projects. She has a high level of knowledge and experience with AutoCAD. She is very detailed and well organized - all qualities that make her a good fit to lead our drafting department at AWA. Kristine has tremendous upside opportunities for growth at AWA, and we're excited she's part of the team.
Leilani joined us in March of 2018 as a recent graduate of ITT Technical Institute. Leilani has gained an expert knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD and has been working in the engineering industry since 2014; even training others in AutoCAD herself. Outside of work, one of her many passions is teaching dance. She has been a recent instructor at a local dance studio in the Puget Sound. It's certain her contribution here is vital to AWA's success.
Administration / Marketing/ AutoCAD
Allie joined us in June of 2019 as our Administrative Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, and Office Manager. She joins our team being proficient in Microsoft, Google Docs, and website builder programs: WiX & Google Sites. She oversees our office's day to day operations as well as website, marketing information, and specifications. She is currently learning drafting in AutoCAD, and proving to be very valuable to our team. Along with her interpersonal skills, Allie shows an enthusiasm for creativity and marketing.
Shawna joined AWA in 2017 and handles the financial record keeping of the company. Payroll, invoices, income taxes, and accounting are Shawna's talents at AWA and she ensures all the numbers are in order for us, which is quite a task.
