POSITION: 

Electrical Designer/Engineer

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 5 years experience in AutoCAD related to MEP & Architectural 2D floorplans.

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial electrical design related to power distribution & lighting design.

 

JOB TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Set up electrical drawings from Architectural AutoCAD backgrounds.

• Draft electrical work (lighting, power, special systems) into electrical drawings.

• Work with Excel spreadsheets and Bluebeam.

• Learn and implement electrical design elements for specific projects: lighting, power, branch circuiting, panel schedules, and load calculations.

• Coordination and collaboration with clients and utility companies.

• Visit job sites and attend client meetings.

 

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Base Salary:  $45,000.00 annual-  Increased salary available, dependent on initial qualifications and performance.
