Administrative Assistant Office Manger:  HIRING

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Office Manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

  • Perform all other office tasks

  • Maintain website

  • Data Entry

  • Help facilitate the progression of switching to a paperless filing system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • ​Strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency working Programs:

    • Microsoft - ​​Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

    • Wix Website Editor
